The Cushing Laptop Initiative
In the past decade the way the Cushing community works, learns and communicates has been reshaped by technology. Computers are no longer luxury items but are now essential tools for learning and living. To enhance our students' education, create better opportunities for learning and allow us to provide better technical support, Cushing Academy implemented the Cushing Laptop Initiative in September 2004. This program requires each new Cushing student to bring a laptop purchased through Cushing's Purchasing Program to campus.
